To order your columns and assign them optionally a width. Ordered comma-separated value of column folder names located under Admin|WorkflowTemplates|Columns with optional width. e.g. Id=50,Signature,Name=250,Version=55,Created=120,CreatedBy=120,Modified=120,ModifiedBy=120 where Id column will get a width of 50 pixels, Signature column will get a default width of 90 pixels. Id column will appear on the leftmost position, ModifiedBy column on the rightmost position.
