| This parameter controls how elements with start attributes backward-floating and manual/sequenced are started in live-assist mode. By default they are _not_ started automatically - in contrast to automatic mode in which they are started automatically. If you want to have the same behavior in live-assist as in automatic mode, set this parameter to TRUE.
