UseAlternateMouseButtons

Set to 1 to activate alternate mouse handling for multi track page. This will switch the left mouse button to be always used for jumps to left and right. The right mouse button works like a lasso which can be used to select an area by drawing a lasso. The changes only apply to the tracks but not to the overview above the tracks. A value of 0 results in the historic behavior of the editors.
