DSP_Prog_Old

PCX9, PCX11 and PCX80 use old DSPProgs ( MMPCX5 and MTPCX5 ) when DSP_Prog_Old=TRUE. On a few systems new DSPProgs caused an error by timestretching. Use this entry only with PCX drivers.
