| DBM comes with a function to automatically analyze video material while importing it. This function will work if a video conversion is installed on the local computer. If VCL is installed this would always activate video analyze independent to this parameter. If you choose to use MCL the value of this parameter needs to point to path and filename of MclShellUnmanaged.dll. Deactivation for VCL is only possible by uninstalling VCL. You should uninstall VCL when switching to MCL. Enabling this feature will show a information in about window of DBM: FileAnalyse-Library: Loaded
While it is loaded importing a MXF file will automatically set its media type to Playable. Without video analyze imported MXF files will get the status NoPlay. |
