| "Absolute start" means: an element starts at a fixed scheduled time, which is independent of previous elements. Typically this is the case for "start on time", "end on time" or the first element of a backward floating chain if it starts automatically. Normally the start of such an element does not fade out any other running elements. To achieve such a fade-out, you must either make the element a stinger, or you can set this parameter to Yes/TRUE/1 and every absolute start will fade-out running elements. |
