BCE-TechLog

A protocol of TurboPlayer: The technical log of the engine (Broadcast Control Engine). On TurboPlayer PCs this protocol should be combined with BCE-TechLog-Ex and BCE-Error by assigning the same value (TurboPlayer_) to all 3 parameters.
