| This value defines whether media files are copied for the normal shows of a day, e.g. when new entries are inserted by drag&drop. If set to "Yes" files are copied always, if set to "No" they are copied never. If set to "Auto" they are copied only, if the primary file differs from the original database file, or if no database file is specified at all. With the values "Yes" and "Auto" you can define a day interval like "Auto+2" which means: copy only, if the destination day is 2 or more days in the future, otherwise only set the file state "ToCopy". Of course, this interval should only be used, if there is a BUS-FileCheck running (in the example for today and tomorrow). There are two exceptions for which this value does not apply: (1) text files are copied always. (2) Files on the local harddisk are copied always, if the flag "CopyLocalFiles" for the BC server is set. |
