| By default the Database Manager uses DDE for the communication. If you have troubles with DDE it can be replaced by WM_COPYDATA Windows messages. As not all programs support copydata messages, this value must contain a list of DDE service names of programs for which DDE should be replaced by copydata messages. This description applies for the DBM as sender. As receiver the DBM can always handle all types of communication (DDE, WM_COPYDATA, COM automation and named pipes). | |||||
