This value is used when the Database Manager soft-deletes an entry which has no delete date specified or the specified date is smaller than the default value. Like "DeleteDate", although the name is "date", it is an offset in days. Both values ("DeleteDate" and "SoftDeleteDate") are used too, when an entry is dearchived or copied into the table. Typically the entry will be old and if a DigAlign or DigErase is running it will be deleted very soon. Therefore the "DeleteDate" is set to the current day plus the maximum of both values. Of course the settings of DigAlign must be appropriate.
